Overall this resort is fine just parking a bit far and even making the entire hotel become a mess. The gym room is quite old but they still manage to use it so we'll maintain it so no problem. The swimming pool has a nice design maybe due to the rainy day a lot of leaves inside the swimming pool . The bedroom is comfortable and can refill water at the corridor there which is good for me. Nice service. Floor 1-3 A bit dangerous because strangers can access it , when we closed the glass door and the staff kept open and did not close back. Which is not safe for guests. Check out time was a bit early for us 11 am and breakfast after 9+ they did not refill and so a bit disappointed about this.

Pros: 1. Receptionists friendly & helpful 2. This hotel is old , but room (premium family) is refurbished & spacious 3. Nice landscape with fish ponds & kids can feed the fishes (one can buy a small packet of premium fish food for rm5/=) 4. My Burger Lab is located near fish pond & swimming pool 5. Large swimming pool Cons: 1. Shocked to find out that a deposit of rm 200 is required upon checking in. 2. Rated as 5 star hotel but amneties not satisfactory: a) no bedroom slippers (floor not carpetted & cold-slippers must b purchased, which spunds ridiculous for a 5star hotel) b) door was problematic due to weak battery-technician came to repair c)due to parking issues i opt for valet parking chargeable at rm30/= d. Main glass door to rooms left open & this maybe dangerous as it is accesible to non hotel guests e) Better to have a steam iron not a dry iron in a 5 star hotel

Nice hotel..but this time need to put deposit for RM250 🥹 this my 3rd time stay this hotel..before this never put any deposit. Like hmm bcuz nowadys banyak hotel tidak ambil deposit. The pro..family room is big space. Bersih. I came for 4 person. Good! Towel..bantal..cawan ok utk 4 org. Tapi toiletries cuma 2 set shj 🥹 aircond sejuk bagus. Shower kuat.. great !! The cons.. 1st hotel i check TIADA SELIPAR di bilik and when i ask for selipar kena bayar rm 5 😅 mcm haaaa!! Sejuk kot lantai bilik. Then..my rooms at level 1.. atas bilik tak tahu ballroom atau apa..sangat bising dan boleh dgr org lari sana sini. Sangat menganggu utk berehat. I call reception minta tolong remain jgn bising sgt 😬 Breakfast just ok ok je. Tapi mcm tak berbaloi dgn harga. Tak bnyk pilihan dan rasa biasa je nyah 😂 Menang kat hotel ni pool dia besar dan banyak 😍🥰 utk yg ada kids nak main pool berbaloilah. Overoll ok je this hotel. Boleh repeat 😊

Had a 1-day staycation here and it was such a pleasant surprise! 💚 ✔️ Affordable rates – great value for a quick getaway. ✔️ Room was comfortable and came with a bathtub 🛁 (perfect for winding down). ✔️ Stay also included breakfast 🍳🥐 – simple yet satisfying. The hotel has a calm, resort-style vibe with lots of greenery around, making it feel relaxing even though it’s just a short drive from the city. A nice option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly staycation without going too far. 🌿✨

老牌5星級酒店的感觀，配套沒的説，泳池很豪華。酒店周邊比較荒涼，好在酒店內有3家餐廳。房間比較大，有陽台，冷氣給力。

Spacious room. In terms of service, the checkout process is quite long for a long journey. 15 minutes it tooks like half an hour for family with small children😅. Need to pay deposit rm250 upon check-in & will be return back once check-out (need to wait 15minutes to make sure the room are okay). The breakfast is not have many choices & i would gave 3/5 for the breakfast. Overall i would give 3.5/5.

一個人住的，房間空高很高，房間大，酒店很伊斯蘭風格，室外一高爾夫場，大廳也漂亮，花園也好看，整體來説是當地比較有面子的存在，在機場與城市中間的地帶，如果不慌著去吉隆坡打卡的，建議直接去酒店呆一晚，周邊也很舒服，比吉隆坡很多地方舒服。

It's our 1st time here and we fell in love with the ambience and scenery. It's a kids friendly hotel and suitable for chill and relax. The best thing about this place, it has variety of restaurants to dine in. So we are not bored with just the hotel food. Although the interior hotel was a bit old design but it was well maintained and clean. Will repeat again next time.

I checked in late at 6.50 pm and was very disappointed when the counter staff told me that the room was still not ready and asked us to wait. Check in time is 3pm how come 6.50 pm still not ready?? The room is very dusty. Pillow not comfortable.
